We will begin our journey after breakfast with a convenient pickup from your hotel. We will drive through the scenic countryside, passing through rolling hills and pastures along the way. During our journey, we will stop at an Argan Oil cooperative where you can learn about the making of this precious oil that is highly valued for its uses in cooking and cosmetics.

As we reach Essaouira, you will be greeted by the stunning view of the city's sandy beaches stretching out for miles to the south. This ancient city was founded in 1760 on the site of a 7th century B.C. Phoenician settlement and has since become a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its preserved 18th century battlements and narrow alleys that wind through the medina.

The city's artistic heritage is evident in the elegant marquetry-woodwork found in the souks, which are also home to an array of colorful wares that make for perfect souvenirs. You will have the freedom to explore the souks and other landmarks at your leisure with your driver providing insightful commentary along the way.

We will have lunch at a local seafood restaurant, where you will have the chance to taste the city's fresh and delicious seafood dishes. After lunch, we will continue our tour with visits to the port and the Skalla ramparts. You will learn about the city's rich history and the role of the port in the trade routes of the past.
